Katherine: Life lies in movement

There is a proverb that goes like this: “No one cares about the value of health until it is lost.” From this point, we know the importance of health to everyone.

As we all know, sports play an important role in our daily lives. Exercise is a series of activities that can improve cardiopulmonary function over a long period of time. Some of the sports that I have been doing for a long time are jazz dance, swimming, fitness and mountain climbing. These sports are very beneficial to physical and mental health. Help me have a fuller mental state and energy to serve customers. My favorite sports are dancing and swimming. Dancing makes me more confident and allows me to calmly face situations where I need to speak and share in front of many people. Swimming makes me like a little fish or a little frog in the water. I feel free and forget my worries. Both sports have become an indispensable part of my life.

Physiologically, doing some exercise can improve our physical health and reduce our pain. Doing exercise can increase the expansion and contraction of the heart and lungs to improve cardiopulmonary function, which is beneficial to resisting the stress caused by long-term labor and work. It can also promote fat consumption, promote metabolism, and prevent diseases. At the same time, aerobic exercise can also burn off excess calories and help maintain a good body shape.

Psychologically, exercising is also good for our mental health. Through outdoor exercise we can eliminate negative emotions so that we can fight for our dreams again.

In team sports, such as basketball, volleyball or football, we all learn the importance of cooperation. Playing sports, we try our best to win and it stimulates our competitive spirit. Exercise can help us relax after an exhausting period of work. It’s also a great way for everyone to get to know each other and promote friendship. So, as long as we are careful enough, exercise is harmless.

Someone asked me if I feel tired with such a full schedule every day. Actually, no, exercise has always been my hobby and pursuit. I hope that I can always stay healthy and get closer to the body shape I like, which makes me gain a lot from it. I have a sense of achievement and satisfaction. How can I feel boring or tired when doing something I like? Instead, I am more energetic and energetic. It is exercise that saves me. In many bad emotions, internal friction and pressure, it has saved me time and time again. Fire and water have kept me from becoming decadent. I am honored that LED Foreign Trade Company can give me this opportunity to share my sports life. I will use my full mental state to serve our customers with vigor.
