We have an online trainging course / FAQ / live chat for our customer/engineer,so you can find answers right away before reaching out to anyone else.

2. Remote assist with CMS

Thanks to SoStron CMS,it help us to remote control our customer's screen remotely,we can assist with installationtrouble shooting, live monitoring remotely and operate them after. 

3. We know LED Screen

To give better service,we have a supporting team working in the LED screen field for years,our guys are product expert and with english speaking.We fly all over the world to help customer with local training,on side installation and trouble shooting.
