In this vibrant spring season, our SoStron team had the pleasure of enjoying a long-awaited team-building event. On March 22, 2025, we spent an unforgettable day at the beautiful Xunliao Bay in Huizhou. Here is a detailed review of our team-building experience, and we hope to share the joy and memories with you.
Morning Gathering and Departure
At 8:00 AM, we gathered at the company and departed for Huizhou by an air-conditioned tour bus. Everyone was full of energy, eagerly anticipating the day’s exciting activities. During the bus ride, we took a group photo to capture this beautiful beginning.
Beach Team-Building Activities
Upon arrival, we kicked off with some beach team-building activities. The activities included games like Cannonball Relay, Star Support, and Battlefield Command. These challenges not only tested our teamwork but also fostered closer connections among us in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. A friendly reminder: if you can’t participate, please inform us in advance!
Seafood Banquet
At noon, we enjoyed a delightful seafood banquet. Each table seated 9-10 people, where we shared delicious food, exchanged thoughts, and strengthened our team bond.
Kayaking Experience
At 2:00 PM, we embarked on a kayaking adventure. The 45-minute activity included instructions, hands-on experience, and freshwater rinsing. We reminded everyone to bring an extra set of clothes and slippers. For those who opted out, prior notice was required. Paddling across the sparkling waters, we embraced the charm of nature while enhancing our physical fitness and teamwork.
Tour of Mozishi Park
At 3:00 PM, we visited Mozishi Park, a coastal park known for its natural rock formations. The park’s stone forests and giant boulders provided stunning backdrops for photographs. With clear skies, every snapshot became a picture-perfect memory.
Visit to the Rose Chapel
At 4:00 PM, we toured the “Anaya” Rose Chapel at Xunliao Bay. The chapel, with its unique triangular roof and picturesque seaside view, exuded romance. It was an ideal spot for photography and relaxation, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the sea.
Conclusion and Return
At 5:00 PM, we concluded our day of team-building activities and boarded the bus for our return journey. The event was a resounding success, leaving us with cherished memories and stronger team cohesion.
