In my second year at SoStron, a professional LED display manufacturer, I had the opportunity to go on a business trip abroad and went to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It also coincided with China’s recent relaxation of the epidemic, so there were basically no complicated procedures.
Just three steps: make sure your passport has not expired; apply for an official Saudi electronic visa on the website and get approved; and buy a round-trip ticket. Then you can move to Saudi Arabia. It is easy to apply for an e-visa in Saudi Arabia. It takes 20 minutes to fill in some basic information and then wait for approval. The approval is also very fast. It usually only takes 15 minutes. The e-visa fee is about 535 Saudi Riyals is not too much.
The journey on the plane passed quickly, and we arrived at King Khalid International Airport very quickly. It was already 12 noon. We were very touched that our customers and friends came to pick us up at the airport!
The core of any business trip lies in establishing and maintaining relationships with LED display customers. Upon arriving in Riyadh, I was surprised by the warm hospitality of the locals I interacted with. Saudi Arabians are known for their hospitality and their dedication to ensuring visitors have a comfortable experience is truly commendable.
Meeting customers in person can deepen trust and understanding and lead to better business collaboration. Riyadh’s business climate is dynamic and progressive, offering a range of opportunities across a variety of industries. Discussions and brainstorming sessions with local professionals highlighted their dedication and forward thinking, creating an environment conducive to achieving major milestones. Local government policies will also help Saudi Arabia become the next development center and stimulate a prosperous local LED display industry. We are very happy about this.
Although the main focus is business, Riyadh offers ample opportunities to immerse yourself in Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural atmosphere. Exploring historical landmarks such as the stunning Masmak Fortress and the stunning Kingdom Center Tower added a touch of awe to my trip. Interactions with local people gave me insights into their traditions, the importance of family, and the importance of religion in their daily lives. Traditional delicacies such as delicious kabobsa and tempting shawarma satisfied my taste buds and curiosity to try them. Local cuisine.
One of the many highlights of my trip was watching an exciting football match at the King Fahd International Stadium, home to the famous Al Nasr Football Club. The atmosphere in the stadium was electric with enthusiastic fans cheering enthusiastically for their beloved team. It was an extraordinary experience to witness the passion and enthusiasm of the fans in Saudi Arabia.
Business travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia offers a unique blend of professional growth, cultural immersion and unforgettable experiences. When I end this trip, the memory of interacting with local customers, discussing projects, and embracing the vibrant atmosphere of Al-Nassr FC will be forever etched in my mind.
