ToggleIntroduction:
Across the oceans, Sostron’s digital light and shadow once again shines brilliantly across the African continent! Recently, a 100-square-meter outdoor P4.8 full-color LED giant screen, built by Sostron, was successfully installed and commissioned in Botswana and officially illuminated.
This is not only a visual giant screen with an area of over one hundred square meters, but also a perfect demonstration of Sostron’s comprehensive engineering capability — in this project, Sostron provided a complete “from zero to one” solution including a customized steel structure.
1. Truly One-Stop “Turnkey” Engineering Project
For large outdoor LED projects, the biggest pain point for clients is often the coordination and communication between the screen supplier and the steel structure contractor. In order to completely relieve the client’s burden, Sostron demonstrated strong full-solution delivery capability in this Botswana project.
From early-stage on-site survey and evaluation, solution drawing design, to the manufacturing of the P4.8 LED display, and even the critical outdoor load-bearing steel structure design and supply, Sostron handled the entire process.
The client did not need to communicate with multiple parties. With a professional technical team, we ensured perfect integration between the LED screen and the steel structure, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing overall project risks.
2. Hard-Core Backside: Indestructible Customized Steel Structure

From the night-time real installation images of the project, it is clearly visible that behind this 100-square-meter giant screen lies a fortress-like steel structural frame.
Considering the complexity of the outdoor environment (such as strong winds, sunlight exposure, rain, etc.), Sostron’s engineering team customized a high-strength vertical column steel structure solution for it.
Stable as Mount Tai:
The thick central main column combined with a precisely welded rear mesh frame ensures absolute safety and stability of the 100㎡ large screen.
Convenient Maintenance:
A spacious maintenance passage, safety guardrails, and climbing ladders are designed inside the structure, providing great convenience and safety assurance for daily maintenance and future repairs.
Hidden Cabling:
A scientific cable routing design makes the entire backside look clean and organized, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also improves electrical safety.
3. P4.8 HD Image Quality, Fearless of the African Sun

Returning to the front of the screen, this P4.8 outdoor full-color display delivers stunning visual performance.
Ultra-High Brightness and Contrast:
Even under direct sunlight in Botswana during the daytime, the screen still outputs vivid, saturated, and sharp images (such as the dazzling Earth graphic and the text “Top LED Display Solution Provider” shown in the picture), firmly capturing the attention of passersby.
Seamless Splicing Technology:
The ultra-large 100-square-meter display area benefits from Sostron’s precision cabinet design and manufacturing process, achieving mirror-smooth seamless splicing and delivering an immersive visual impact.
All-Weather Protection:
With excellent waterproof, dustproof, and UV-resistant performance, it perfectly adapts to local outdoor climate challenges, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Conclusion: Becoming the World’s Most Reliable Visual Partner
The successful delivery of the 100㎡ outdoor project in Botswana marks another important milestone in Sostron’s global strategic layout. It proves to the world that Sostron is not only a top-tier LED display manufacturer, but also a comprehensive service provider capable of delivering complete solutions from display hardware to steel structure engineering.
No matter where you are, or what environmental challenges your project faces, Sostron has the capability to customize the most optimal digital display solution for you.
Sostron makes every great vision idea land firmly and reliably!
